Rachel posted this awesome poster the other day and it is the perfect motto for my final semester in college! I need to post it everywhere!

Snowy Day

Here is a peek into my day with my amazing friend and roommate Hannah!

More pictures and project peeks coming soon!

Spring, Please!!!

I am so ready for it to be spring! I can’t wait until I don’t have to wear a coat, and can wear all of my cute shirts and dresses! Today here in Louisville, KY it is dreary and raining. I needed some flowers to brighten my day, so I found some beautiful flower images on weheartit.com!

I hope your day is wonderful!

Quick Quote

I am really loving quotes lately…so until I get a chance to post my week 2 of 2010, here is a quick quote poster I made of an awesome Albert Einstein quote.

Style School

Style School with Elsie and LA started yesterday, and I am so excited! I love the idea that I am going to find out more about my style and how to use it to express myself! I have started some of the homework, and wanted to post it here so that I can keep track of everything. I am also going to make various journal-style posts during Style School, so keep checking back for more!

2010: Week 1

My major goal this year is to take at least one photo everyday.  I love taking pictures, but I could go weeks without using my camera…not this year!  This is my last semester until I graduate from college and once May 15th passes, I will start a new stage of my life.  I want to be able to look back at these daily pictures and remember what I was doing at this point in my life.  Another goal I have is to blog more consistently.  I am going to try to post the photos I take every week, like a week in review for 2010.

January 1: Paper strips cut out of various patterned papers for my graduation countdown paper chain.

January 2: While driving back and forth from school to home, I pass Dinosaur World...it is actually pretty cool.

January 2: Headlights on the drive home from Bowling Green.

January 2: More headlights...but almost home!

January 3: A display on one of the many shelves in my bedroom.

January 4: The view from our front porch...I love the light outside when the sun is about to set!

January 4: Another view from our front porch...I love the light outside when the sun is about to set!

January 5: I finally got to hang out with my friend Elizabeth at her house and store in Shelbyville, KY. This is one of the views out of her front door.

January 5: Another view out of Elizabeth's front door in Shelbyville, KY.

January 6: I made this winter hat that is inspired by Elsie's http://abeautifulmess.typepad.com

January 7: Snow!!!

I hope everyone has had an amazing first week of 2010! It is still snowing here in Louisville, so expect more snow pictures!

Happy 2010!!!

I can’t believe that it is already 2010! It seems like just yesterday that it was 2000! I will post some of my goals within the next week or so…but for now HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
